Says he picked it up in Japan.
As far as I'm concerned, Mattingly blew an excellent opportunity to showcase this Ferrell's kid's talented arm.
I thought maybe Mattingly was saving him for the late season playoff push, but Ferrell retired after the game last night, so I guess we'll never know what could've been.
