Complaining about meals and follow-up surveys?

How often do you do those surveys on the bottom of receipts? I recently ripped a cafeteria a new one and the GM emailed back and offered lunch "on him." Very impressed the comments were actually read so quickly. I'm not a complainer unless the experience really sucked.
I've sometimes found myself in an endless "free taco" loop with Jack In The Box. 2 free tacos for doing their guest satisfaction survey... go there and get free tacos + another cheap item, take another survey. Repeat.

I had a bad experience at the Domino's on Government in BR. Tried calling the manager and was put on hold for 25 minutes. Eventually just went online and sent a really long message to Corporate telling them of my experience. Either the manager or the owner of the one on Government gave me a call the next day and gave me 10 free pizzas tied to my phone number. I am now a satisfied customer.
