"Talked to #LSU WR Malachi Dupre earlier this week. Said he gained 10 pounds before spring to get to 198. Tries to eat every 2 hours"

Not sure if it’s been posted yet, or if anyone else saw this, but I thought it was something interesting to share!

Good. He has all the skills to be special, just needs to add some weight.

Hope its big meals because eating a small meal every few hours is how my uncle lost 50 lbs.
The Dr. told him your metabolism never stops, and it worked...

Exactly. Every time I read one of these 'he put on pounds this offseason' stores, his is the first name I look for (and not find, unfortunately).

5 small healthy meals/snacks is a great way to lose weight. Metabolism stays firing and the food is low calorie and healthy.

However, lets say he's awake 14 hours. That's 7 meals a day and I am sure its more cheeseburgers and fries than kale salad and carrots.

Obvious that you either weren't watching games or you aren't very intelligent about football if you didn't see that our receivers were getting jammed off their routes and needed to bulk some.

Thank goodness. Those are the two of the three, who most needed to get their weight up. I'd like to see Brandon Harris up to 195 by Fall (saw somewhere that he was up to 188).

That, and not be bumped off their routes and jammed at the start. The Alabama corner just straight muscled Dupre out of bounds on that second endzone grab. Dural, most importantly, needs to get more physical. That's how the TAMU guy got the int on the quick pass.

I want our guys to have some attitude.
