Are we expecting both Grubbs and Evans still stick around?

I thought for sure, more likely Grubbs, but one of these guys would have been cut or asked for money back. I know there's still time, but I thought this was a higher priority.

We're under the cap and have no need to rush and do it until we start agreeing to terms with FAs.

I don't think Grubbs is going anywhere but I'm 50/50 on Evans. It will be a paycut if he stays, but I'm not sold on even that saving him.

You can see on the film that a lot of their issues came from the guy between them getting manhandled. That isn't to say they don't have issues but I think it's a possibility we keep both in the lineup for this season.

I agree with this. I find it hard to believe that Loomis will leave both contracts intact going into the regular season.

Word is that the Bills are interested in Evans if cut. I can see us sending him there for a 4th-5th pick and freeing up that roster spot along with the cash. I can also see us keeping both. Whatever happens, I don't see them both starting on opening day unless they outplay their competition (Lelito, Draft Pick). At this point it's not necessary to cut either based on their contracts and savings, but that doesn't mean they are locks to keep their jobs even if on the roster

Get sherf or Collins put them at guard and tell Grubbs or Evans to hit the road. They were just as much at fault as Goodwin

why tell them to hit the road when they could be good depth?

That's great if we can afford it.

so far we can. if it gets to where we can't, then they will cut one or both if necessary. but if they are on the team and it's not adversely effecting the cap, why cut them?

Agreed. just assuming we couldn't afford both due to high contracts.

once all is complete I believe this will be the case. in the meantime you keep them while you can afford them until you either find a trade partner or sign enough fa's that you finally have to cut

If Sherff or Collins it the pick at 13, I can see at least one, if not both being June 1st cuts. We could very well see an O-line of:

TA-BS/LC-MU-Lelito-ZS
