Yes and yes.

It's also trashy if your lid is not closed flush with the rim.

And if you have a large Amazon box propped against the side of the receptacle.

Not only is it trashy, in most parishes it is against city ordinances.

Just wanted to stop by and let you know your "jimmie Rustlin" in the GITM thread wasn't unnoticed and solid work.

I'll make sure the tier committee takes note.

Literally. Putting your trash out is trashy, by definition.

But, then again, so is not putting it out at all.

A paradox, but there it is.

Paradoxes are trashy, too, apparently.

Yeah about to say that a neighbor could be a real dick and call the city and complain and you receive a notice/fine.

House we moved into has an alley right behind us with a giant trash can shared with my neighbor. Never have to remember to take trash out now

Just check laws in your city. Scottsdale is super strict about stuff like that so here you would likely be fined.

We lived in a rental with a palm tree out front. I know jack crap about palm tree maintenance and didn't realize it's city law that it HAS to be trimmed on a regular basis(we were responsible for yardwork at that house per the lease). Got a notice in mail telling me I would be fined 2k if I didn't comply...over a damn palm tree
