Reviews or Feedback on Fitbit Surge?

My main source of exercise is tennis and light weight training. Only interested in Surge over lower function models bc the ability to see incoming calls while on tennis court with phone on mandatory mute would make me feel better. Would be great to know I'm not missing a call from my son's school or mom's doctor while I'm playing.
Anyone have any experience with the Fitbit Surge? Recommendations on other activity tracking devices? Def want heart rate monitor, personalized calorie burn count, sleep cycle monitor and some of the extras are nice: suggested meals, ideal wake alarm, etc.
TIA for useful feedback

Never used the surge, but the Fitbit Charge HR also has caller ID and would fit your other requirements. Significantly cheaper/smaller too.

Thank you. Do you have experience with one? I've heard of update issues.

I don't have anything specific for the Surge. I have the Charge and this week is decided to just completely die, wouldn't charge or click on or anything. But I contacted their customer service, and now they're sending me a new one free of charge. Just thought I'd share that their customer service is pretty top notch, I have a few friends that lost theirs and Fitbit sent them new ones.
