Jersey Number Change for recuits???

Avery Peterson was # 2 but is now # 21. Clifton Garrett was # 3 but is now # 30. Kevin Toliver now # 2 and I'm assuming tyron Johnson with get # 3. Are the coaching asking these players to change there number for recruits???

Only reason I can see these guys switching is because there's a possibility of being on the same side for special teams; otherwise, it wouldn't have mattered. Avery is now the same number as his older brother so that's kind of cool.

So there's a good reason for Avery to change but Cliffton Garrett he wore 3 in HS his entire career and his Twitter handle is CG3...

Garrett chose the number of plays he wants to take part in this year. He achieved his goal last year.
