Best NCAA for PS2?

Which NCAA Football game is the best for PS2? Just dusted off the old console to play and the only one I have is 06. Are there any better ones in terms of dynasty and campus legend?

03-05 are all great
03 or 04 is usually considered the GOAT. Can't remember which one though. Pretty sure Carson Palmer is on the cover

04 was the best, but any in the 03-06 era were great

I love that everyone loves all of the PS2 NCAA football games.
Now days, if a player's dreads aren't as long as in real life, people bitch and call the game shite.

For some reason '04 stuck out in my mind too. I think was the one that actually let you run a nice offense with a running attack instead of passing the whole game.
