Cowboy Chicken has been cooking natural chicken over a wood-burning fire since 1981. Our scrumptiously roasted chickens are a flavorful and healthy alternative to today's rushed eateries. Our side items are prepared from scratch daily, providing fresh, not "fast" food in a casual, cozy environment centered around the art of cooking with sizzle.

Developer Kevin Nguyen is beginning construction on the second phase of Siegen Place, his retail center at 6555 Siegen Lane, and has confirmed leases with two new tenants.

One, Firehouse Subs, will be opening its second location in the local market. The Jacksonville, Florida-based fast casual chain opened a restaurant on Corporate Boulevard nearly three years ago. For Cowboy Chicken, the Siegen Place location will be its first in the area. The 30-year-old Dallas-based chain specializes in dishes prepared with rotisserie-baked chicken.

Sounds a lot like a chain in Hawaii called Maui Mike's that's pretty dang awesome.

negative on Boston Market. Chicken is cooked on open flame i believe. They have several healthy options.....

believe they had like 7-8 locations around Dallas....opened 4-5 more this year. Just starting to expand. I think it will be well received.

I like the food.
