Just getting my trust finished up. Was just trying to see if any of yall have sent off for a stamp recently and what the approximate wait time was.

Need to get my trust setup, but it doesnt do me any good until my can gets to the dealer. If it wasnt free I'd bitch about the 4 month wait when form 3s are running 45 days. Just want to start the form 4 process.

Anyways I thought I saw where form 4s from November were coming back approved.

Nope, they aren't accepting Form 4 electronically right now - But a Form 1 done electronically can be 4 weeks or less.

Gotcha

Gonna start with SBR lower. All I need for that is send off for stamp and then engrave lower correct?

What is the difference between form 4 and form 1? I see that a trust can also form 1...

When I submitted my Form 4 using a gun trust, the dealer told me the waiting time for the most recent submissions was 4 months.

If there was a time to file forms 1 and 4, it's now. 1s are clearing in under 30 days via efile, and 4s are taking around 4 months

So if I understand right, I can take my stag lower on my current AR and Form 1 it to SBR? Then swap out upper with a SBR upper?
