Anyone know who's hiring a controller at a Mandeville restaurant?

This is a long shot - wondering which restaurant in Mandeville, LA is hiring a controller since the listing has the company as confidential.

I don't want to submit my resume without knowing which restaurant it is, and I unfortunately don't know enough people in the area to ask about it.

ETA - Financial Controller.

You should call into Fitzmorris' radio show. He just went on.

A Mandeville restaurant needs an in-house controller?

I enjoy the new time slot. I can usually catch 30 mins on my way home.

Out of curiosity, why not?

And to answer...I have no clue.

If I had to guess I would think of someone like the Lakehouse (does alot of catering, etc.), but again...I am clueless.

Apparently, though it must be a pretty busy restaurant or there are multiple restaurants this person will work with.

Essentially, a controller deals with creating financial reports, analyzing them, presenting them to management, and filing taxes as required.

the controller usually uses these programs for his presentations, etc

many industries have controllers, awkward to see a restaurant needing one

Controller is correct, but in the Air Force it's Comptroller.

The listing is titled "Financial Controller."

Also - for all intents and purposes, comptroller and controller are the same position, though comptroller is a term used more frequently in government and non profit organizations.

I can't think that those places would need one for the northshore locations though. You would think if Chimes needed one they would be based in BR. Copelands in NOLA. etc

also to note, controllers are usually in place in industries where the operations managers are so overloaded with just keeping operations going that they need controller to "handle" the financial side
