I have a ZAGG screen cover that has a couple of cracks in the tempered-glass, and apparently they will replace it for free. I registered my product today just so I could get the warranty coverage, but I bought the cover back in August from Best Buy, but I dont have the receipt from Best buy, only the bank statement....and I'm 99% sure its the screen cover. I submitted that date and ZAGG registered me. Do they know there was a ZAGG cover purchased based on the date, the store, and the location? Has anyone ever used this company or had to replace a ZAGG screen under warranty?

I don't think you need a receipt, just register the product. However, they do take your credit card info and charge you a shipping/handling fee on the replacement, which I'm sure covers the full production cost of the replacement -- they are cheap to make. After you get the replacement, you send your damaged screen protector back within 60 days (or else they charge you the inflated retail price).

Perfect. I got charged 3.99 shipping which is okay. Exactly what I was hoping. Thanks for the info.
