As part of the agreement, MicroVision expects to receive an $8 million up-front license fee later this month. In addition to the initial up-front license fee, MicroVision will also receive royalties for display modules sold by the Fortune Global 100 company. Further terms of the license agreement are confidential for competitive reasons.

I have finally discovered the definition of insanity and I'm tired of being insane... burned too many times... I've been through many "announcements" with this company... And yes, I'm still long with all my original shares in my taxable account... been diluted to shite.... besides I have a new darling stock that I have been killing it on ...haven't shared it yet, but I guess I will... PAYC ... fantastic company, fantastic product, HUGE market ... GO LONG

History says to sell/short here. It says MVIS will see more dilution and nosedive after a seemingly positive press release has shot the share price up. I'll be honest, its tempting to take profits here and start shorting this back down. History may repeat itself...
BUT, have we ever seen an $8 million dollar up-front license fee with royalties for display modules sold by SONY? Oh and FYI, another F500 smartphone deal in the works (potentially APPLE)?!
This could very easily become a double digit stock in the next 2 years if deals/products start stacking up.
