MVIS falling back to earth today; finishing -3.26% @ $3.86. I think she's gonna go test the $3.50-3.60 area...will probably add some around there.

I just picked up 30 shares of PAYC

I'm thinking of buying more MVIS but kinda waiting like Tiger for a bit of a dip.

I talked about it on here months ago but SWKS has been an all-star for me since I bought it. Up 146% as of today. Not sure where it's going but it's only gone up since my buddy (AAPL long) told me to get it. I'm that I "only" bought $1,000 worth. I put $3k in GILD and wish I would've reversed that move...

Another 3+% dip today for MVIS, which I bought. Looking like a high & tight flag setup on this one!(I hope ) A green day or two next week would continue to validate that setup.

Please explain that to me, the newb

I will buy on Monday if it dips again. My AAPL, MVIS, and PAYC were all down today. SWKS up again, broke $100 today for the first time.

I'm newb too but starting to learn charting.

Video explanations:

Example:

MVIS:

If this thing goes back BELOW 3.50 then we are probably NOT dealing with a true high & tight. That's why I'd like to see it go up next week and test $4 area. If it does breakout again then we are probably looking at $4.85+ on the next pop.

Closed green and tested $4 yesterday. Back in the red and flirting with 3.7 again today(added more). That 3.70 area has held up well so far, but volume has been light. I think tomorrow will be a tough test. IF she can bounce up to 4 yet again then we could be in business; any positive PR in the AM and we fly.

I was close to buying more, but held off. If it drops into the $3.50 range, I am buying more for sure. PAYC has been a complete turd for me since buying it , but I only bought 30 shares so we'll see how this does over the next few months before I cut bait.

Yeah, I'm usually a long unless something just completely irritates me to the point where I don't want to see it show up on my screen anymore

GILD was like that. I bought it, then that BS came out with the cheaper alternative not too long after and it was up down up down, mostly down though.

Look into MITK, I got in last week and it's been on a nice run. They work with mobile imaging that banks use.

Closed at 3.45 today. High & tight is out the window but I still think we are seeing a healthy pullback vs a familiar pump and dump. Added more at 3.40 and 3.25 today.

The F500 company MVIS is working with could very well be... LG. They've tried a projector phone before back in 2009 LINK.

And now... LG planning high-tier smartphone

quote:

Alongside its G4 and G Flex 2 smartphones, LG is preparing to launch a 'super' phone in the second half of 2015, according to mobile boss Juno Cho.

Here is the PR from last year announcing this collaboration.

quote:

REDMOND, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun. 5, 2014-- MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:MVIS), a leader in innovative ultra-miniature projection display technology, today announced that it is collaborating with a major global consumer electronics brand to develop a display engine for use in an innovative smartphone product.

This new customer, listed on the Fortune Global 500, is a leading name in consumer electronics. The companies plan to collaborate on this development activity targeting a possible second half 2015 product introduction.

Just a guess though.

Pullback the last 3 weeks; tested $3 but held at $3.05(added again below 3.10 ). 7+% pop today, sitting at $3.62.
PCMag Review

F500 news may have leaked and can drop at any moment(still thinking LG...maybe the new "super flagship"). Positive Q1 earnings soon.
The party starts when she busts through $4.23! The party pooper would obviously be another public offering but I just don't see the need at this point(knock on wood).

MVIS can easily double up from here; I think by early 2016. $20+ when MSFT and AAPL get involved...not if, but when!

Big swing and a miss on my LG and short term price predictions. The F500 smart phone product turned out to be a Robot cell phone by Sharp, called RoboHon. The market was clearly disappointed and the PPS dipped down to $2.20s. The plus side is that I was able to add shares and it has recovered nicely at $2.95.

Standalone products, with MVIS inside, have started popping up in 2015.

PicoPro

SONY MP-CL1

There are new rumors of a smart phone product coming out of China that has MVIS inside. Some believe this could be SONY/MVIS testing ground for future smart phone products.

Strong evidence also supports the rumor that MVIS is involved in the new
Lenovo Smart Cast concept smart phone

I still feel it's only a matter of time before PicoP makes it's way to most smart phones and tablets as a standard feature.
To those looking for a long term spec tech play, this has legit $20+ LT potential!
