It broke in three places. Basically his nose had been bent sideways while the swelling went down,

Must have fricked it up bad to need facial reconstruction surgery at 13.

Prayers for a say and speedy recovery .They may use Ketamine to sedate him . In that case he shouldn't be totally under . It was used on my son to set his arm when he was 7 . When he came out of it enough to talk he told me, Daddy they have medication here that is beyond your mind !

my wife tells me being put under would be a great way to die. you just fade out and thats that.

Update: Surgery went great. We're now in a room for the night and as long as everything goes good, we'll go home tomorrow. Thanks for the positive thoughts and prayers OT.
