You spend 6 hours digging out a parking spot in Boston

You then stake your claim and drive off to work and some one moves your claim stuff and parks there. Who is right in this battle of the poor souls that live in the north?

Thays the rule.. But it's just a Boston rule. Its not even a law just something the dumb mayor announced. And the car that stole dudes spot was from NY. Doubt he knew ab this rule. I see an open spot, I'm taking it.

Completely different from Mardi Gras, which entails moving a cone 6" from curb to spot. I would think the clearer should get some benefit.
