Been raining all night.

I had a Red's Apple Ale at 11am yesterday.

What happened with the Yoga and working out.Did you reach your target surfing weight?

Nope.
I hurt my shoulder pretty bad getting carried away in an MMA workout. It's just about well enough to crank it up again but will probably be something that will feel tweaked, forever.

Thought I would start back today but was out late having beers with a buddy. Tomorrow.

I was drinking an Angry Orchard at that exact time.

If I ever don't finish one - I put it aside for marinade. Mix it with apple sauce for pork chops... fire a little gran marnier on it in the skillet. yummy.

That's intense stuff. Stick with it.

Insanity is collecting dust. I no longer have a death wish.

I'll be mixing up P90x & P90x3, depending on available time.

It's intense alright. I had my wife and 10 year old son up doing it with me as well. We'll see who gets up tomorrow morning.

I've made my own Raspberry Chipotle rub for pork ribs before. Accidentally rubbed my eyes while making it. big mistake.

That sounds like a great base for a marinade. I am mentally filing that away.
