Seeing as I'm 40 and my dad is 69, no this isn't the ultimate movie. I would say something like The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.

I remember watching The Naked Gun with my Dad and both of us doubled over laughing. So, I'll go with that.

But About Time is one I want to watch with my son. I was sobbing like a woman at that movie. Wow

1. Big Fish
2. About Time
3. Field of Dreams

Has the OP posted why The Fifth Element is a father/son movie?

Any of the first three Indiana Jones movies, but for father/son dynamic, especially Last Crusade.

Indy wins ultimate movies to watch with dad.

A good and more modern day Father/Son movie IMO is Real Steel.
