I'd like to start one in BR for networking.

How would you define old? Over 40?

Should it be non or un professional? How is that defined? Office work or 4 year college degree ban entry? Is that too limiting?

Thanks in advance

You could always try to join a fraternity as an older person.

Like a group of guys that go to happy hour and get together for beers on the weekend after working blue collar jobs? I am not making fun but that is what it sounds like....
