I'm not saying they are the same group who is out there but the wolves thing could be misdirection..

There's obviously another group out there...The wolfpack though is Rick's group

holy crap... I was reading trying to find images about the wolves and found this: The Wolves are Rick's Group (speculation) And with Carol saying "The Den Mother" it came full circle.. Very interesting indeed. In Depth Speculation

I will add this: The gun handling on WD is astrocious from a safety standpoint. Numerous times last night supposed loaded guns were pointed at friendly people. I cringed several times. In the Carol gif she points a rifle right at the other woman's midsection while laying it on the cart.

I agree. I guess you can explain Rick's group as a wolf pack, but all the references that guy makes happened prior to Rick's group went to Noah's camp. Perhaps Deanne is aware of the Wolves and realized she needed Rick's group to counter them.

Just popping in to say this season has been awesome. When I'm super satisfied by a show, I rarely feel the need to break it down (see Fringe).

Great season after a slow 4th.

Let me google that for you stupid. They put them up on Mondays. How hard was that?

That was harsh but fair.

At least you acknowledged my existence unlike these other sociopath frickers in here.

Or you could just watch it the same night it airs on WatchSeries or one of the other 100 websites that stream every tv show known to man for free.

first thing, they said in talking dead they are a using an actual neighborhood to shoot in. some houses are purely for shooting inside and not inhabited and some are lived in and used for ext shots. nevertheless during different clips i've seen braces on the wall from the outside and ALSO from the inside. which probably is just a shooting logistics problem. all shots where braces are on outside of wall are probably by real homes and inside of the wall just the set houses.

secondly, the wolves aren't Rick's group. however effort was made to show the contrast btwn their group and alexandria so far as being on the outside.

another effort was made to further the disparity of toughness and survival skills of the two groups:
1 daryl crossbowing animals,

2 aiden talking about sweet biscuits (when rick's group had an arsenal) and also wanting to take "revenge" on a walker displaying limited knowledge and interaction with them.

also making noise to draw the walker out maybe shows that there aren't really many people/walkers in their area.

3 it was subtle but in the beginning when sasha brains a walker with the sniper rifle, the other guy (not aaron but the guy who you supposedly have for security in a situation where a new group comes in heavily armed) looks more dumbfounded and impressed after the shot.

so in my mind, the wolves are another group. maybe a group the alexandria scouts know about and rick's group is there to protect them from "the wolves".

not sure of enid's role yet.

i do think the person who stole rick's gun and the surprise guest on next week's talking dead is the same person/character. and i don't think it means someone dies. maybe it's a "magical" someone of a non caucasian ethnicity. we'll see.

lastly i didn't even recognize alexandra breckenridge (hope i got the name right) with blond hair. nothing against blondes but i like her better as a redhead. somehow i'll survive.

I didn't notice any on the inside, but I wasn't paying attention the entire way. I did notice that when the girl climbed over and when Rick was walking around the braces were all on the outside, which just seems retarded, especially for an architecture professor. Unless they were meant more to keep people in than out.

That's what I got the most out of this episode... the Alexandria group (outside of maybe Deanna) is extremely soft and naive to what's going on outside the gates.

I think the Alexandria Group is much more dangerous than we're being led to believe.

Deanna keeps talking about "fitting in" so much, wondering how each person will benefit her (see Rick's speech about keeping the walls closed).

Could she be hand picking who gets to stay inside the walls and who doesn't based off their worth? I think she's trying to put together a malitia.

That would explain why Aiden the douche is angry and trying to belittle Glenn & Co. .. he's pissed about the group being allowed in because they are there to take his place as run-leader/local badass.

I'm glad you posted those GIFs. I hadn't noticed Father Gabriel at all during the episode but did see him in your GIFs.

Just like a politician, wondering how her constituents will benefit her instead of what she can do for her constituents.

I wonder what the ceiling stain(running down the wall) is in the Monroe living room? Might be Deanne husband after a bite.

now i think i'm realizing (because of the google street view posted earlier) that maybe the house i saw was the messed up one on the outside of the wall. so maybe in fact, all the braces are on the outside.

which yes is stupid.
