Tried to order a glass of wine and a beer tonight and they stopped selling alcohol. Anyone know why? Had my kid with me so didn't want to ask.

No need to hear they got busted selling to a minor and having to explain that shite. I mean I have been there at least once a month for the past year or two and no rationale just an empty bar. Waitress said we aren't selling alcohol.

Sounds like Troy Hebert happened. Can't imagine that a restaurant on the river not selling alcohol is a good business model.

That is the one, it used to be on 16 between French Settlement and Port Vincent, once they moved it became less convenient to visit...

Wick I would disagree because the population is closer to the current destination. I go there more now than the old location. Just curious if this was the beginning of the end for them.

That is no good. We always have wine when I meet the MIL and FIL there. It is halfway between our houses.

Bump- 3 weeks later and no alcohol. Supposedly they are redoing the permit and it is taking longer than expected. Sounds like bullshite to me.

This is the entire reason we are not eating there tomorrow night.
