Grand Isle Bank Fishing Tomorrow w Kids

I just want to take the kids fishing and catch a few reds.
I'm thinking about fishing the turret bridge on Hwy 3090.
Can you park at the end of Hwy 3090 in Fourchon and fish the shore there, or would I be better off fishing in the Elmer's Island area?
I would fish the piers, but that seems like it would be harder to get fish out of the water with kids.
Do the ponds around the state park hold any fish?

Try the two bridges before GI when the tide is moving

Get some live shrimp or minnows. How old are the kids? get off the hwy 1 bridge at old hwy one and hit any spots with moving water. There is less traffic on old hwy 1, but there is still some, including big trucks hauling arse. So be very careful w the kids. I've done well around there, but never w kids. Too scared to bring em on the road.
So, I usually take them to elmers. You could fish the beach for reds, or the various spots on the way to the beach. The initial road in has a lot of good spots.
I would not take them on 1 between fourchon and grand isle. Little room, lots of traffic.
