He'll get an offer. I think they want to see him throw in person, kinda like Harris in 2014. Cam likes to see his QB's in person before offering.

worried he would get about as much of a shot as Rivers did. I'd like LSU to get him, but if I were him, Ok State would be tempting.

Rettig might have a claim here, but I think Rivers has proven why he never saw any playing time here.

This. I've wanted him in the class since seeing him in person. Kid has a lot of tools that simply can't be taught. Arkansas has been on him the longest and he fits their style of QB, so I would expect him there if LSU doesn't actively pursue him.

what makes you think the coaches believe Kelley is as good as the guys they have offered? Clearly they want to see more of him, it's not THAT hard of a concept to follow.

Would be one heck of a battle between he and Franks, IMO. Kelley with a slightly better arm at this point and Frank's with a sizable advantage in maneuverability. Both likely to be greatly improved in a year.
