I do find this comment by Pitino interesting though. This was before the rape charges and when he was allegedly going to see John Lucas to help with issues stemming from "anger and ADHD".

I thought he got arrested last week at 4th street for something and got a slap on the wrist. Then it wasn't until he sent a text telling a chick he was going to slap the shite out of her that he was suspended only to be reinstated and rape two chicks the same day?

Just heard the press conference. The Univeristy authorities said they have video footage. Also said the athletic department was informed early Sunday, in which they said they had no notification.

The athletic department culture is now out in the open. Not good for Jurich.

And between the two other guys that have been charged, one is a HS drop out and the other, via a coworker who used to teach him, was in and out of juvenile detention on the regular.

Not exactly the company you want to keep if you want to get away from getting accused of a crime.

It seems with all the info coming out now that there was a pretty clear pattern of issues leading up to the rape charge. That his "discipline" in December wasn't from the flop in the UK game but from an incident at a bar with his girlfriend where he put his hands on her but nothing came of it. If that's the case then he shouldn't have been allowed back after threatening another girl via text and certainly not for just a couple day "indefinite suspension".

And as I said earlier, I have a hard time believing this behavior just magically showed up recently. Even Pitino pre-rape charge had some fairly strong words regarding his inability to stay out of trouble without someone holding his hand.
