I always just did dumbells. Just started incorporated a little barbell stuff just to change it up. Nothing heavy just sets of 185 10 times.

Right? They look like slippers, but they go over your hands.

I saw them the other day and I wondered if I should get them. My hands are really calloused, which I don't mind, but sometimes the bar will pinch the areas around the callous and it always messes up my flow when I'm doing high reps.

I just don't want to lose bro-points.

Jowls, talk to me about meal replacement...

I have a Krav class at 7pm. I don't like to eat before b/c it'll make me want to vomit... and most of the time I'm not that hungry after. I've never been much for eating later in the evening (after 7-8pm) so what are some good options instead of eating a meal?

Muscle Milk type shite, Ensure, some kind of bar? I just want something quick that'll hold me over til it's EGG time the next morning.

I thought they were slippers too.
I have bad callouses, but every now and then I will use these types of wrist wraps and put the hanging part over my callouses to do pullups

I actually used medical tape for a little while but I used it all up. Then the wife fussed at me for using the First Aid Kit for non-emergencies.

First off, no idea what Krav class is...

Secondly, I never recommend Muscle Milk. It is high in sugar and 2 fat soluble vitamins (which means if you don't burn off the excess, it stores as fat). I also read that it, like Slim Fast, can cause Kidney Stones if taken in high amounts.

Nothing is better than a meal, but I love Met-Rx protein bars. Tastes great and have a good amount of protein and carbs.
Before bed, I recommend Casein, a slow digesting protein that feeds the body while you sleep
