Just go to Academy and buy some of that pre-wrap stuff and some white athletic tape.

I've seen this guy in the gym rub some kind of baby power on his hands, that hardens up stiff. He uses it to deadlift. Says it helps with grip and prevents callouses.

Secondly, I never recommend Muscle Milk. It is high in sugar and 2 fat soluble vitamins (which means if you don't burn off the excess, it stores as fat). I also read that it, like Slim Fast, can cause Kidney Stones if taken in high amounts.

I'm glad I never took it. Yikes.

Nothing is better than a meal, but I love Met-Rx protein bars. Tastes great and have a good amount of protein and carbs.
Before bed, I recommend Casein, a slow digesting protein that feeds the body while you sleep

I've been slacking on supplements. Just chocolate milk and some food.

Krav Maga... Israeli self-defense stuff. It's pretty much non-stop the whole time and I'm drenched in sweat after so I don't want to go in there with food in my stomach.

I usually leave class, go home, shower, and hang out for an hour or so before I hit the bed. So I'd be eating/drinking this about 1.5 to 2 hours before bed.

That is fine. An attractive property of the casein molecule is its ability to form a gel or clot in the stomach, which makes it very efficient in nutrient supply. The clot is able to provide a sustained slow release of amino acids into the blood stream, sometimes lasting for several hours

BCAAs - Studies have shown that by ingesting BCAAs before and during training glycogen levels can be spared by 25%.

D-Aspartic Acid - 1 hour pre workout on training days and 3 grams with breakfast on non training days

Protein Shake - Whenever, I drink 1 in the morning sometimes in a hurry, and 1 right after a workout

Casein - Before bed. I usually drink my casein, brush my teeth, hit the bed..
