what would they be? What are the 2 most important lifts to you.

Also bonus question, does anyone still "max out" i have a friend who is 29 years old who always talks about his maxing out. Who does this still?

Well if you are on a program that uses percentages of your max, would it not be beneficial to know that number?

I completely and whole heartedly agree with the deadlift and squat comment.

The only answer is deadlifts and squats.

You could substitute one with another combination lift to mix things up but for pure results, deadlifts and squats.

IDK, probably burpees and pull ups. The prison workout.

Still two of the greatest and I've never found anything to give you a better full body workout.
