Anyone know the date for BP penalties?

I know they lost the bid to cap the fines so I am pretty sure the next step is setting the penalties.

I believe all the arguments are complete... so just waiting on a ruling from the judge.
Which of course will be appealed, etc... eventually the Supremes will either take up the case, or deny taking it up - which will then end it, and then you might start to see some payments.
