I watched the video and then stumbled across this one. A full auto Ruger 10/22. The rate of fire is insane. How the frick is that legal?

Class 3 weapon. Nothing illegal about it as long as everything is set up right.

So, it's a pre-1986 Ruger 10/22 that had been converted to full auto?
