As I've said, if he can play without risk of further injury or structural damage, he should play and the team should try to win every game. I was one of those who thought tanking was bullshite, too.

If you are a physician than you would know that a shoulder sprain will heal in a few weeks and be a 100%. IIRC he is currently expected to miss 1-2weeks and therefroe plenty of time to heal.
