WTF is going on LA (the bad one)?

I was about to say that 0 + 3 =/= 2, but then I read further and saw that the Rams are also working on a move to Los Angeles.

I think Oakland and St Louis are the only real options to move to LA. I know San Diego has stadium issues as well, but they have a solid fan base there. I just cant see SD moving. I think St Louis is the safest bet to move. JMO

According to the article they are at the breaking point and making plans in case the city doesn't reach an agreement this year.
