He is still keeping it tacticool and it's still not working.

What in the actual hell..
In case some of y'all missed it, this guy has been acting as some sort of tacticool citizen enforcer of the law, he was charged a few months ago in Va for being stupid, but apparently he has been all over the map...

My best friend was one of the original arresting officers, he said he did think he was some sort of super hero that,"the area needed.. the people needed", just more batshit crazy than Batman

This might be an odd question considering the full story but who the hell is he radioing? Does he have an HQ set up at his trailer? Maybe his cat is the dispatcher.
