I'm just now realizing how little college football I was able to watch this season because of work and from LSU playing in prime time most weeks

DGB is the best receiver in this class and I find it hilarious that OU is apparently going to get "credit" for him in the NFL.

I say this year's class can match last years' production. A lot more possession receivers though. Cheering for Jaelen Strong!

Expect to see Sammie Coates put on a show with the workouts.

This class is loaded. Not sure it is as top-heavy as last year's class, nor do I think there will be as many major studs a la Mike Evans, OBJ, Sammy Watkins, Kelvin Benjamin..but that class was absolutely insane so they set the bar a little too high.
There are some great players in this list though
Gonna go ahead and say that Smelter, from GaTech is the sleeper of this class. Dude is a stud and if he were on a spread offense team in college he would have a lot more notoriety. I have no idea how Tech keeps finding these baller receivers. Megatron, Demarius Thomas, Stephen Hill....etc

However, it'll be very hard to match the top of the 2014 class, IMO.
Brandin Cooks' injury and Kelvin Benjamin's low grade play (he graded out awful on PFF) kind of brought down the 2014 class on paper.

I'm starting to believe the value of WRs will eventually be similar to what RBs are right now. With the current rules in place, all you need is a good QB and decent pass blocking offensive line to have a potent passing attack. Very few receivers are true difference makers on a team. A great receiver can take a good team over the top but a receiver is rarely going to have much of an impact on a bad team. I would never draft a receiver in the top 10 unless they were a really special physical talent like a Calvin Johnson or Randy Moss.
