Yeah.... mines either Black and Blue Pit Bosses or Watermelon Red Flake Senkos

I actually have a ton of BPS version of the senko and don't use them because they weren't biting so I buy packs of the Gary Yamamoto's at a gas station on the way to the launch............... every damn time

Same.

Coworker tried to get me on the BPS "stick-o", its just not the same.

I cough up the money for the Yamamoto every time.

Just reorganized and consolidated and I've condensed everything into the following:

Bass:
3700 utility box - bass terminal tackle
3700 utility box - Lipless crainkbaits and top-water hard baits
3700 utility box - Shallow diving crankbaits, jerk baits and hollow body frogs
3700 utility box - Medium and deep-diving crankbaits
3700 utility box - 26 spinnerbaits and 13 buzzbaits
3600 utility box - jigs and bladed swim jigs (chatterbaits)

All in one backpack:
2.5 gallon "Worms" ziploc containing:
- 1 gallon finesse/trick/shaky-head bag
- 1 gallon senko & cut-r bag
- 1 gallon curly-tail worm bag

2.5 gallon "Flukes, Frogs & Trailers" hefty containing:
- 1 gallon fluke (regular and swimming) bag
- 1 gallon soft-plastic frogs bag
- 1 gallon spinnerbait and jig trailer bag

2.5 gallon "Creatures & Crawfish" hefty containing:
- 1 gallon Zoom hogs bag
- 1 gallon beaver/otter bag
- 1 gallon crawfish & tubes bag
- 1 gallon lizards bag

Panfish:
In a small soft-side tackle bag:
3500 utility box - panfish terminal tackle (jigheads, cricket hooks, corks, spinners, splitshot, etc...)
1 gallon tube jigs, tiny flukes, minnows bag
1 gallon beetle spins and road-runners bag

Saltwater:
3700 utility box - hard baits (top dogs, wake baits, etc...)
3700 utility box - Spoons, hair jigs, jig heads
2.5 gallon "Saltwater Plastics" hefty containing:
- 1 gallon cocahoe minnow bag
- 1 gallon sparkle beetle bag
- 1 gallon gulp bag
- 1 gallon redfish magic/spot remover/rigged plastics bag

Catfish/Saltwater Terminal Tackle
3600 utility box - egg sinkers, kahle hooks, circle hooks, swivels, etc...

Now I know exactly where everything is and exactly what I have for every situation and it is all somewhat neatly packaged for transport and storage. No more digging through large pockets overfilled with soft-plastics or wal-mart bags full of sac-au-lait gear.

yeah I don't use the BPS Version but lately I have switched to using Strike King KVD Ocho for my senko style bait and they have produced nicely.

I have a 20+ foot bass rig slap full of gear and tackle i would hate to put pencil to paper on how much money i have tied up in bass fishing.

i have a soft tackle box with two small plastic trays in it and a handful of worm bags. i fish with maybe 10-15 different baits and keep a handful of others for specific situations that i think i might run into.

I have avoided this over the years. I used to fish pro-ams and may get a call at any moment to fish with a friend. That makes me keep one large Plano equipped to handle anything. I do make seasonal changes from storage.

On the rare occasion I fish with someone else in their rig I still have my soft sided bags that hold 5-6 3700 plano style boxes that I can load up pretty easily.

Too much. But I keep buying.

I look at it like stock piling ammo. If shite hits the fan, the ability to catch fish could come in handy.

If your wife ever has a garage sale, the men that tag alone will buy that crap up with the quickness. I was shocked at all i sold. Even baggies of mis-matched worms.

I have like 1 small tackle box and 4 rods. I don't have hardly anything.

However, my brother has anything and everything a freshwater fisherman in LA could ever need.

In his garage he has a rod holder that extends the entire length of his garage (a garage that can hold a 21' Skeeter). On top of this are 2 shelves that run the entire length of the garage. These 2 shelves are full of clear boxes, labeled and categorized.

That doesn't include all the shite that he just keeps in his boat.

I went up stairs to my hobby closet recently and found stuff new in packages that I forgot I even had. Whole cards of Stanley jigs. Treble hooks, weights, etc. I have even bought some of that stuff recently thinking I was out.

I have 2 main tackle boxes. 1 for soft plastics and 1 for hard baits. And I still have leftover crap that doesn't fit. I have at least a thousand dollars tied up in baits in those 2 bags.

This is me. I keep rotating what I have in the bags and what I decide to purge (purging for me just means moving the baits to a plastic tote until I put them back in my bag )

At the BPS spring sale they had a buy 2 get 1 free deal on planos.

Don't mind if I do... 2 times.

I keep a lot of the basics in my boat... then I have a parachute bag from the military surplus place stacked full of the good stuff I keep with me in case I fish with someone else.
