Lingering Cough Help. Any advice?

What are some OTC to get rid of this damn cough. I got a Celestone shot and script for Tussinex. Nothing seems to help it. shite is just clinging to my chest.

everybody has 'the cough' here. it is lingering from the flu. vicks under the nose, on your chest, and a lot on the bottom of your feet, with good warm socks.

I've been fighting this for 2 weeks. Just got a Rx for promethazine with codeine cough syrup. CVS was out. Just found it somewhere else and about to go pick it up. Supposed to be that good purple syzurp all the rappers get crunk with. I'll report results tomorrow.

Have you tried Benadryl to dry up any drips? And that Promethazine with Codeine is awesome.

I've heard several people say that Tessalon Perles works great. Maybe get a script for that if nothing else is working.

I couldn't believe how hard it was to get this promethazine crap filled. Had to call all around town to find someone that had it. They acted like I was Walter White trying to get some sudafed.

I get it every year around October and it will last until around March. I think it has alot to do with the cooler weather constricting my airway along with the dry heat from the heater running at the office and home.
