Where do all of the great OT threads go as time passes? Well for me, they go into a library with aisles as far as the eye can see, with shelf upon shelf stretching vertically to the vaulted 40 foot ceilings. Each thread finds its place as a hardcovered, bound book. Some red, some green, many with a light coating of dust as they were never reopened after that last post.
Chicken is there walking the aisles, carefully looking over his collection of books like a hen tending to its eggs. He dusts them off one by one, occasionally taking a book off of a shelf for a quick chuckle.
The spine of each book is embossed with golden letters marking the creation. I need you on this one OT - JxnReb96. Chicken smiles and carefully rocks back the book to remove it from its neighbors, flipping to the first page. He lets out a quieted laugh as Festus asks " Is he still around? Smell his finger and confirm for us." Chicken closes the book and returns it to its place, before looking up to the ceiling and marveling at all of the works created while under his watch.
My vision ends as Chicken walks to the exit and places his hand on the light switch, then taking a look over his shoulder and smiling.

I can imagine him searching for a dessert recipe, and he smiles when he finds the perfect one: "Mustard and Pickle Pie"

"White shores, and beyond, a far green country under a swift sunrise."
