anyone else having a cox internet outtage?

Even using my smartphone to login to my account I get an internal server error.

theres a node in Dallas that is having 100% packet loss. It is connected to the world of warcraft servers and has been going out every night at 8pm. And it looks like tech support is off for Mardi gras.
