So, my kitchen faucet has a constant drip. I have taken it apart and cleaned the parts inside. What should be my next step? Do I buy a replacement ball thing with the stem? Thanks.

Your faucet has plumbing AIDS.

Prognosis: Not Good.

Sorry, you needed to be told.

Well without pictures of what you have.....

Find part that's leaking. Get new part.

Buy a new faucet. I'm all about fixing shot around the house but most faucets are impossible to fix when they start leaking. I worked 3 summers with a plumber in high school and while he always had a universal redress kit, his advice was always to replace it.

What he said. Wife got the bright idea to tinker with the plumbing and the only fix was new faucets. It's not worth the time alone to try and fix it.

There's a disturbing shortage of man cards in this thread. When my faucet started leaking around the handle, I bought a Delta seats and springs repair kit and fixed it in 10 minutes. When the handle stopped latching on my dishwasher, I replaced it. I didn't even care about the 120 V jolt I got because I didn't unplug it first.

shite like this makes me put commercial in. It isn't as eye appealing but much easier to replace and get parts.
