Yea that's him...
And Ouachita Christian has a good football program and are probably more talented than Southern Lab
And Veal only ran 7x that game. As a Soph he led Lab to the state semis, they were 6-7 on the year.
But go watch his highlights... LINK I think these are from his sophomore year.
And he's already been offered by Nebraska, Houston, and Ole Miss, for football. He's a legit prospect.

The best talent that could sit, learn, not be in a hurry, and not scare away other QB prospects would be Belton, if he makes it the entire year.

Kelly's size and arm are intriguing. So much instate talent, I really don't think the coaches can go wrong.
