Nope. My wife bought one yesterday. I'm debating whether to take it back or open up the box and put it together.

They definitely work. It's just a question of whether or not you'll really use it.

I found it uncomfortable, and cumbersome. It took up a bunch of space and was heavy also. Of course smaller persons may be able to get a less imposing table.

It did help with the low back pain during the time I was inverted at 60% or more. But there was no lasting relief of pain after getting off the table. Sadly you can only stay inverted for a very short time period due to the blood rush to your head. For me the sinus pressure was so intense when inverted that it negated any relief of my back symptoms.

I have one that I used when I had back issues. It definitely helped. Now, it just sits...though I did think of breaking it out the other day.

Both my wife and I have periodic back issues. I have issues about once a year, and she has them more often - every couple of months.

I can feel my back getting stiff before it goes out on me, and I think I can avoid it going out on me if I were to use this thing. I think I will give it a try.

It definitely takes some time to figure out the best angle that you can get some results with but not be uncomfortable. I find it does the best if I move around and twist my back a bunch instead of just hanging.

The biggest problem is that they are large and in the way. And if it does fold up, it's probably going to stay that way. Mine stays set up in my barn, so I can go out there and use it whenever I need it. It sat folded up the whole time I had it in the house.

I probably use it once a month or so. But whatever it is that gets my back going, it works very well making it feel better.

Yes. I've had one for 15+years. I've had two back surgeries and use it every day. It helps me a lot. I'm 6'2' 180lbs. I bought mine at Academy for $85.00.

I have had a Teeter Hang Up table for about 4 years. I don't use it very often, but after a particularly hard day practicing dentistry, a 5-10 minute session with the inversion table definitely makes my back feel better.

While no panacea, I would that most people with intermittent back issues could benefit in using it.

Your miles may vary.

Join a club and work on your core with a good OL fashion ab stand. On most there's a setting for you to hang upside down at least from waist . There's no substitute for core workouts and stretching to ease back pain. Good luck

Its awesome if you have the right type disk disease. Its not a fix-it for all type back issues, but man does it work for me, and cheaper than a Chiro or surgery. There are times when my back is so stiff, esp when bending over for long periods, that I can't move...Few minutes on the bed, and you can feel the muscles fatigue, and then the disc spaces open, and there is immediate relief and range of motion...One of the best things I've ever ran across for my health, just hope it does the same for others, but it has to fit your problem to work. Degenerative discs at 40, its pretty damn good.....

My wife has one. I got on it once and it triggered a migraine. My boss said I hung upside down too long.
