Looks like a couple pins came out, and I can't get them back in.

Man, I wish I could remember who I called when I had a pin or two come loose a few years back. I can tell you it was a $75 charge for them to come out, but considering I have no idea how to fix a garage door I was very happy with that.

The only one I could get to answer the phone was Chad's garage doors. The tech that came out seemed good enough.

You can't fix a garage door? It can't be that hard to figure out. You tried YouTube?

This guy was great. Came out on a Sunday morning to change my spring with no upcharge. Really cool, did some routine maintenance on my workshop door no charge.

By pins you mean rollers., put them back in the hinge. And slid them close as you can to the rail, with one hand twist the rail bottom toward the door slide the wheel in and allow the rail to go back to vertical position. If you can't do that it probably more than just fallen out.

The hinge is te problem. I tried to bend the hinge back and slide the pin that's attached to the roller back in, but it's too solid and I keep shifting it more than it already is. Plus I gotta leave for work.

The hinges are less than $10 at home depot, the rollers are $5 for 2(get the steel rollers not nylon). Look at the hinge, it has a number on it 1 thru 4. Get the right hinge and a replacement roller(they are universal) its as easy a fix as there is.

I want to say Chad's is the outfit that come to my house those moons ago. The tech was a bit rough around the edges, but he was a good dude that knew his garage doors...kinda like the sling blade of the garage door bidness.
