Nevada doesn't have income tax. You do not have to do anything.

Thanks. Yeah I guess I could of figured that since they only took federal taxes out.

I actually found the w-2g form from harrahs. They withheld state taxes but not federal. It was next to kids uniforms for school receipts. Guess I didn't drink too much that night! Thansk for the help.
