Condo/Townhouse rental in French Quarter in April

I am looking to rent a condo/townhouse in April (not Jazz Fest weekend) in the French Quarter for 6-10 people. I plan on checking VRBO and all of the similar websites, but figured I'd come ask here just in case any of you OTers have a recommendation. Thanks in advance.

FYI It's technically illegal to rent out apts and condos in the quarter, but people still do it.
You'll find plenty on craigslist, not sure about VRBO or AirBNB.

Haha, had no idea. There are listings on VRBO, so I wouldn't have guessed that.
