Doesn't have the chest to lead a program. If he doesn't want to stay home, to hell with em. That's what I heard anyway.

I think Shea fits OM offense better than LSU's and Franks fits what LSU wants to do better than Shea.

Please don't factor Jennings into the equation. I wish we didn't have Jennings. He'll never be anything but a cog in the wheel.

While I'm at it, as long as Jennings is in serious consideration for the starting QB position, we will not win the SEC West, SEC Championship, much less the National Championship. To further amplify, any QB, including Harris, who doesn't clearly beat out Jennings in the Spring, in the Fall, or the next Spring or Fall, won't be worth a crap, either.

I suppose he has his personal reasons but when was the last time a team had a receiving core this deep? A running game this strong? An O-line that will dominate? A good QB could step in and possibly become another first round draft pick with this elite talent and balance around around him. OM does not have this.

OM is in a worst QB situation than us. They pretty much have a convict at QB then nothing else. We will have jenning, Harris and franks

They won't need anything else if he goes there. They will be set.

Talk about having no chest....talk shite to a KID for doing what he thinks is best for him? Your the one with no chest. LSU isn't much of a QB factory either...it's simple as to why he would choose Ole Miss. Ole miss has made Patterson priority #1 for 2016....LSU hasn't made him a priority. obviously LSU and some LSU fans feel franks was enough. Ole miss also fits his style of play...they will allow him to do what he wants on offense while at LSU he would have to be molded to fit our offense. He's a special kid and will do great wherever he goes. LSU will be fine like it always has been and no one can call the kid out for doing what he thinks is best for him....if I was him an saw LSU who has 2 young QBs and 4* commited and the chance I might not get to play till my junior year but could go to another SEC school and start sooner with an offense that's built for his style of play I'd probably pick it to.

he may be questioning whether we have an OC that can bring all that together and make it work. At OM it is more of a sure thing that his talent will be allowed to shine, LSu is still more of a question mark in that area.

Why would a player even makes arrangements to say he is going to OM? He maybe reading TD site and sees the stupidity by some and how they view 5 star players, LOL.

Did you not see the last spring game? It was clear who earn the starting position, but some how Jennings got the start.

Not to be a smart arse, but are you related to Shea? You sound really emotionally invested here.

It is funny how when we signed Jennings people on here were so happy and stating how he would when the Heisman. You never know how players will turn out. I think Jennings can still be an effective quarterback.

Not related....but close to the family. Great family and a great kid. I'm an LSU fan who would love to see him in Purple and Gold but I also see the draw to ole miss for him. Shea Patterson is an awesome kid and has done nothing for some people to talk shite to him or say he has no chest....he didn't make this a big deal or circus. Media and fans did. He's the hardest working high school QB I've ever seen and I've seen a lot of em. I hope a year from now things change and he is signing with the tigers but if not Im still a Patterson fan and will cheer for him all season until he plays my tigers. Then he will just have to be tiger bait lol
