iPhoners: apps freezing

The hell is wrong with my 6+ apps? I feel like at least once a day I'll go to check a new message only to find that when I open the app, it's frozen, forcing me to back out, close the app and reopen it before it'll work. I've also been getting a good amount of "an error occurred, page is being reloaded" messages. Then today, every time I attempt to quickly scroll through my FB timeline, it kicks me out of the app. And the keyboard seems to fail a lot as well. I'll click the address bar/message box/etc to begin typing only to find that the keyboard won't open, again forcing me to close whatever app I'm in and reboot it.

I know I know, it just works. Sadly, it used to, but that no longer seems to be the case. I love the phone when it works, but lately these annoyances are beginning to grow tiresome. Any tips on fixing said issues, or will I just have to put up with this till my next upgrade?
