The spray paint on the ground always cracks me up. I can't believe people actually believe they're entitled to a spot because you paint a box on the neutral ground. Next year I may take off from Wednesday to Friday just to go out there everyday and troll these people. Every time they paint an area I'll go behind them and cover it up with some dirt and move their shite 100ft down the road.

If I was a City Attorney, I'd gladly send them a bill for damage to property. That paint is hard to get off the sidewalk.

Do people actually respect the painted area if no one is there and no chairs ladders, etc are there?
As far as I'm concerned, if I physically beat you out there the day of, I don't give a shite if you went out on same random day a week ago and painted the ground.

I couldn't care less. If there is nothing other than spray paint on public property, that group has no claim to the land. Unless of course they found a way to purchase neutral ground from the city.
