Taking the wife to Besh's La Provence in Lacombe for Valentine's day around 6pm. After dinner I was wondering if there would be any good classy bars/lounges nearby possibly playing live jazz etc idk. Not from around the area so I'm just throwing it out there if anybody has any suggestions.

Take her to The Barley Oak in Mandeville. If you can, sit on the balcony overlooking the lake.

Southern Hotel in downtown Covington is a classy place with a nice bar and sometimes music.
Barley Oak is more casual but has a beautiful view of the lake (although it'll be at night so meh on that). They do have a huge beer selection though.
If you go to the Covington Weekly website they list all of the music/events times and locations going on every day. I subscribe to their newsletter to get that info weekly.

Maybe check out what time the bar @ N’Tini’s closes. Barley Oak would be decent. Not really romantic or upscale, but not a douchey beer bar either.
