What's the best site for anonymous email?

I just want to set up a temporary email so that someone can email me some files. (I'm afraid I might be getting scammed by a developer and don't want to give my regular email address to him)

If you can't figure out how to set up an alternate email, then I have concerns re: you knowing whether you're being scammed or not.
