Has Will Ferrel ever done anything (besides bewitched, which i haven't seen) that wasn't funny?

I actually kind like Bewitched. It's not great but I thought it had a interesting take on updating old TV shows for movies.

The one thing that came off as weird to me was the

*spoilers*













the odd time loop they did to make Will forget that she was a witch. I didn't really didn't think they needed to do that to keep the story going.

other than that it was ok for what it was. It seemed like the cast had a good time making a movie that everyone involved knew was just a silly escapist farce.


As for Land of the the Lost, if you can divorce yourself from the old show and like Ferrel and Danny McBride its an ok way to kill a couple of hours. It's a bit uneven but that isn't surprising given that it seemed like it got stuck between wanting to be an R movie and a family film.
