ncaa in trouble with McNair and USC

California Court of Appeals denied the ncaa's request to keep emails sealed in the Todd McNair case. And those emails have already been called by the Superior Court judge in Los Angeles to show "malicious and false content" towards McNair and USC.
They can now only appeal to the California Supreme Court. It is up to them if they want to hear it. That should take about 60 days if they decide to give it any credence. That is doubtful
since it does not affect California law.
ncaa is fricked. Look for McNair to get paid, and USC to get some possible justice in the short, (or more feasibly) the long run.This is something that will only make a murmur on the national scene right now, but it is a huge blow to the lifeblood of the nzaa frickers in Indy.

I want Reggie to get his Heisman back; I know he and his family took money (and I think USC knew it too) but enough already with the hypocrisy of the NCAA. Give him back his heisman. If Cam and Johnny get to keep theirs, so should Reggie.
